Note:
1) The registration fee includes a 10% consumption tax, admission to all technical sessions and workshops, coffee breaks, reception and social events (excluding the banquet and excursion).
2) Student registration is available only for full-time students. Working students are not eligible for the student rate.
3) Students are required to upload a copy of a valid ID through the registration system.

Lunch
Lunch is not provided during the conference. Please arrange lunch on your own (restaurants and convenience stores are available near the venue).

- Please use a credit card which is valid at least until June 2026.
- Drawer of this online payment transaction will be “CSW2026”. However, the name might be slightly changed depending on the card company.
- Credit card transactions might be recorded on your credit card statement about two to three months later due to system matters.
Invoice and Receipt
You can download the invoice and receipt from My Page. Please note that any request for sending receipts via email or postal mail is unacceptable.
Change & Cancellation Policy
After the payment of the registration fee is completed, you cannot change or cancel your registration status online. Any changes or cancellation must be made in writing to the CSW2026 Secretariat (registration@csw2026.org).
The date and time of the change and cancellation will be based on the working hours (Monday through Friday 9:30–17:30 [Japan time], except national holidays in Japan). Requests received after working hours will be processed on the next working day, which may incur charges.
- Before and on April 17, 2026 (JST) ----- No charge
- On or after April 18, 2026 (JST) ----- 100% of the registration fee / No refund
Notice
Refunds will not be conducted automatically. If a refund occurs due to a change or cancellation of your registration, please contact the CSW2026 Secretariat with your name and Registration Number.
